INFORMATIONS SUR LA CAUTION ET LES CARTES DE CRÉDIT ACCEPTÉES – INFORMATION ON THE DEPOSIT AND CREDIT CARDS
- MasterCard (excluant les cartes de débit ou prépayées) – MasterCard (excluding debit or prepaid cards)
- Visa (excluant les cartes prépayées) – Visa (excluding prepaid cards)
- La carte de débit n’est pas acceptée, sauf pour les exceptions ci-dessous – Debit card is not accepted except for the exceptions below.
- NON ACCEPTÉS : Aucun autre type de paiement ne sera accepté – NOT ACCEPTED: No other type of payment will be accepted.
Une caution de 250/500 ou 2500 € sera bloquée sur votre compte pour toute la durée de la location. Cette caution est une garantie en cas de dommage ou de vol du cycle. Cette somme sera automatiquement annulée en l’absence de vol ou de sinistre pendant la période de location. Veuillez noter que celle-ci n’est pas équivalente au montant total de la responsabilité engagée en cas de sinistre
A deposit of 250/500 or 2500 € will be blocked on your account for the duration of the rental. This deposit is a guarantee in case of damage or theft of the cycle. This amount will be automatically canceled in the absence of theft or loss during the rental period. Please note that this is not equivalent to the total amount of liability incurred in the event of a claim.
Important: Seules les cartes de crédit sont acceptées. Veuillez contacter votre banque pour vous assurer que votre carte de crédit est bien une carte de crédit et non pas une carte de débit – Only credit cards are accepted. Please contact your bank to make sure your credit card is a credit card and not a debit card.
Une carte de crédit valide au nom et prénom du locataire doit être présentée au magasin de location afin de pré-autoriser/débiter une caution. La ou les cartes de crédit doivent être imprimées en relief et un code PIN peut être requis – A valid credit card with the name and surname of the tenant must be presented to the rental store to pre-authorize / debit a deposit. The credit card (s) must be embossed and a PIN code may be required.
Si vous ne présentez pas de carte de crédit valide, si votre provision est insuffisante ou si la carte de crédit n’est pas au nom et prénom du conducteur principal, le magasin peut refuser de vous remettre le cycle. Dans ce cas, aucun paiement déjà effectué ne sera remboursé – If you do not present a valid credit card, if your supply is insufficient or if the credit card is not in the name and surname of the main driver, the store may refuse to give you the cycle. In this case, no payment already made will be refunded.
RESTITUTION DU MATERIEL – RETURN OF EQUIPMENT
La restitution du matériel devra être effectuée avant 18h – The return of the equipment should be carried out before 18pm.
La responsabilité du client est engagée soit en cas de vol et, ou, dégradations, soit en cas d’utilisation abusive du vélo – The responsibility of the customer is engaged either in case of theft and or damage, or in the case of misuse of the bike.
En cas de dommages matériels, le montant des dégâts sera facturé au locataire – In case of damage, the amount of damage will be charged to the tenant.
Toute location d’un vélo le dimanche implique un retrait le samedi soir entre 6h et 7h et un retour le lundi matin entre 9h et 10h
If you want to rent a bike on sunday you will have to pick up it on Saturday between 6 and 7 pm and return it on Monday morning between 9 and 10 am.
Pour réserver, il vous suffit de remplir ce formulaire en indiquant quel vélo vous souhaitez louer. Une personne vous écrira en retour pour valider votre réservation. Tous les paiements seront effectués en magasin directement!
